Once the diagnostic is complete on your computer, a service advisor will contact you with the results and an estimate. If you have not responded to fixmyjack.com within 30 days of notification, your order will be considered a decline. After 45 days if you have not contacted fixmyjack.com, your computer will be considered abandoned and fixmyjack.com will have sole discretion as to it's disposal.

By shipping your laptop to us you automatically agree to our terms.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on laptop accessories. Special order items are NON returnable. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you return a damaged or defective item by mail, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online. To make sure the store has your product in stock, email Customer Care email@fixmyjack.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You have the option of not sending us your machine, or having us repair your machine.
