We are glad you have chosen to go green. All of our recycling services are free of charge. WE NO LONGER accept CRT (monitors). Once we process your item(s) we will send you an itemized, serialized list. The ownership will be transfered from you to us. All hard drives are destroyed by an industrial shredder. After filling out this form and pressing submit, will receive an electronic copy, and you will be redirected. After we receive your items, we will send your a reconciled report. FixMyJack.com does not pay for your item(s) to be shipped to us.
